1. Agreement

By creating an account or using this website you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 years or older. By signing up you confirm that you are. We may remove an account if we learn the holder is under 18.

3. Your account

• Give a real, working email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Your manager name must be unique. Names are first come, first served. We may change or remove a name that is offensive, misleading, impersonates someone, or contains a real email address or phone number.
• One person, one account. Do not create several accounts to gain an advantage.
• Your manager name and avatar are shown publicly on leaderboards.

4. Bros and Banters Fantasy — how it works

• The fantasy league is free to play. There is no entry fee, no deposit, and nothing you stake or can win in cash. Any prize or recognition we announce is a gesture, set out in that announcement.
• Pick an XI of 11 players: 1 goalkeeper, 3 to 5 defenders, 2 to 5 midfielders and 1 to 2 strikers — with no more than 3 players from one club and no more than 4 foreign players.
• Points come from SofaScore match ratings that we upload after each gameweek. Leaderboards show Overall points, Monthly points and Most Gameweek Wins.
• Teams can be changed until we finalize the gameweek. After that, scores are locked. Picked teams are deleted a short time after finalization; scores remain while your account exists.
• We may correct a rating or score if there is a mistake. Our decisions about scores, winners and rule enforcement are final.
• We may change the rules, the squads or the way points are counted to keep the game fair, and will tell members where practical.

5. Fair play and acceptable use

Do not: use bots or scripts; try to hack, overload or reverse-engineer the site; access other people's accounts; post unlawful, hateful, harassing or misleading content in names or avatars; or upload anything you do not have the right to use. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without refund of anything (there is nothing to refund).

6. Content and ownership

The site, its design, text and code belong to MBSN or its contributors. Club names, logos and player names belong to their owners and are used for identification and fan discussion only; we are an independent fan platform and not affiliated with the Indian Super League or any club. You may not copy our content for commercial use without permission.

7. Availability and accuracy

We run this site with volunteers and provide it "as is". Fixtures, statistics and ratings may contain errors or delays, and the site may be unavailable from time to time. We do not promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, MBSN and its volunteers are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the "Your data & rights" section of the Privacy Policy page. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the date and version above and ask signed-in members to confirm again. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the update.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have by law.
